In the present world of continuous change and constant innovation, the essence of proper leadership is felt like never before. The leader ideally, should not only plan and strategize to achieve the organizational objectives but also he should be the person, to whom his team would refer at any unforeseen happenings. The leader should be able to change the pre-determined path, if necessary, and still continue motivating his sub-ordinates and achieving the desired goal.
